Alayna Lofgren is a passionate professional with a strong background in nonprofit work. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Communication. Alayna also has a Certificate in Grant Writing from the University of Louisville, which enhances her ability to help organizations secure essential funding.
In her previous role she worked to support the community with housing repairs and education surrounding utility costs. With eight years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Alayna has developed a passion for research and community engagement. She enjoys volunteering with Barren Heights alongside her family, and she finds great joy in connecting individuals with valuable and important resources.
A proud lifelong resident of Louisville, Alayna currently resides in the Auburndale area with her son. She is excited to contribute to MHC’s mission and to continue fostering connections that uplift and empower the community.
