The Metropolitan Housing Coalition is pleased to participate in Give Local Louisville, a 24-hour online “give day” on October 1 dedicated to increasing your impact with proportionate match dollars and prize money contributed from the Community Foundation of Louisville and its supporting sponsors: LG&E and KU Energy, Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Kentucky, Delta Dental of Kentucky, Sam Swope Auto Group, and a generous anonymous foundation. Give Local Louisville is the biggest day of local giving for our community, and last year, the generous people of Louisville raised a total of $1.89M for 166 nonprofits!
Online credit card giving will take place here from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, October 1. If you have a Charitable Checking Fund or Donor Advised Fund at the Community Foundation of Louisville, you may recommend a grant of any amount to MHC that will be added to the total amount we raise on October 1. Two conditions apply: (1) you must designate your grant for Give Local Louisville and (2) submit your grant request between August 3 and no later than 3:00 P.M. on September 25.
